Dell Medical commissioned director Elizabeth Mims to create a video series explaining to teens the complications of living with Sickle Cell Disease. Elizabeth brought me on to create several animated sequences that appeared within a broader live action narrative. Below are highlights from these animated sequences. The ask was to use stop-motion and mixed media to make these heavy boring subjects more playful and approachable. Below you can watch a case-study on my contribution that includes some of my favorite moments as well as my character design process and a breakdown of my use of Adobe Character to automate the lip sync animation.
